• Do you accept credit card payments?

  Yes. For online purchases, we only accept payment by credit/debit card. We also accept credit/debit card payments for orders placed over the phone. Credit card purchases can be made via our accounts office, please quote the invoice or purchase order number. We may request further information to verify a purchasers identity before we deliver goods.

• What are your payment/ordering processes?

  Registered and approved accounts will be invoiced (30 days net), otherwise full payment by credit/debit card, cash or cheque.

• What are your returns and refunds procedures?

  No goods can be returned to Sportsafe for credit without prior permission and as a result, a 30% handling fee will be charged on unauthorised returns. For items that require collection, a further amount will be charged for carriage, this is to be agreed at the time of arrangement.

  These terms do not apply if returns are held to be genuine and the result of a particular complaint, as agreed by the purchaser & Sportsafe. In the event of a return query please email our customer services team.

• Delivery information and charges

  Most product prices are inclusive of delivery costs. Some orders are subject to a deliver charge of £3.95 + VAT which is applied at checkout. Product delivery times vary from item to item and are displayed on product pages.

• What is your stock availability?

  Stock availability is not guaranteed, any information provided is a guide only. We make every effort to keep our customers up to date, our website does not relay stock availability and is for information only. We will notify you promptly if an item that you have ordered is out of stock or has a delivery delay.

• How do you handle my data?

  Your privacy is important to us, we do not pass on your information to any other parties for marketing purposes. Information is collected and stored in accordance with UK law (GDPR).
