With offices and engineers across the UK, Sportsafe has become the sports and fitness equipment service and maintenance provider of choice for over 16,000 schools, Leisure Centres, Universities, Police, NHS and Fire Authorities since the company was formed in 1997. We also fulfil sports servicing contracts for over 120 county, borough and other councils.
Over the past 20 plus years we have been at the forefront of the sports servicing and maintenance industry in the UK and, as a result, we have seen our team grow from 3 people at our Colchester office to over 100 members across 3 offices in; Essex, North West and Scotland
We are also part of the Abeo Group, a world leader in the sports and leisure equipment sector. This partnership will allow us to continually increase our product and service offerings to our customers. By joining Abeo we have now also become the proud UK home of Olympic Games suppliers Janssen-Fritsen, Schelde Sports and SPIETH Gymnastics.
We strive to put you, our customer at the heart of everything we do. We succeed by delivering quality – whether it’s the equipment we supply, the excellence of our servicing or the pride that we take in providing the very best customer service.
We have a shared culture of excellence, built on positive values towards our customers, colleagues, communities and the next generation of sporting talent.
We have six core values that we strongly believe that are an essential part of what Sportsafe is. We consider acceptance of this culture ‘non-negotiable’ on the part of our team, and anyone who wishes to be associated with our company. These values are so important to us that we ask every member of staff to sign our culture statement to signify that they recognise how important this is to us. Anyone who doesn’t feel able to ‘sign up’ to these standards is unlikely to fit in at Sportsafe.
