    Inspection & Maintenance of CV Equipment

    • Equipment covers inspected – We remove the covers & vacuum circuit boards
    • Belts/Chains – Check, lubricate, adjust tensions, and check worn links
    • Equipment bearings are checked for wear
    • Display check of machine operation
    • Hinge points – Lubricate
    • Belts – Silicon sprays if required, check decks for wear and reverse if required
    • General cleaning of the machine & inspection of all parts

    Trampoline modules

    • Inspect under frames for secure fixings to the floor on all uprights.
    • The engineer checks all welds on frames.
    • Checking that tube ends have tube inserts.
    • Checking that frames are secured to each other with no protruding bolts.
    • All nuts are nyloc nuts are checked.
    • Checking for combustible or bio hazard waste under frames.
    • The underside of springs and anchor bars are checked.
    • Integrity and securing of frame pads to frames is checked.
    • The engineer checks for gaps in the pads.
    • We check the integrity of mesh bed, ensuring there is no access to springs from users’ feet.
    • We check the integrity of metal anchor bars on frames and beds.
    • Check all welds on the upper side of frames.

    Padded columns

    • Check all columns within the trampoline park have padding on them to a height of 2.5m
    • Check all post padding is secured to posts with no metal exposed.

    • We check all pads on vertical and horizontal seating area are secure.
    • Check integrity of padded seating for tears, rips and holes. The padded seating is checked for exposed fixings.

    Enclosure

    • We check that all horizontal, and metal posts are secure, and not bent or damaged.
    • Check all horizontal and vertical post padding is secure with no exposed metal.
    • A check that the padding is secure with either cable ties or whipped round with twine.
    • Cable ties are checked to have no sharp edges if used.
    • Checking all netting is intact with no holes, rips or tears to netting.
    • All netting is checked to make sure it has been firmly secured to horizontal and vertical posts using whipped in twine.

    Basketball boards

    • The Framework is checked and made sure it is intact with no cracked welds and firmly secured to enclosure posts.
    • Check backboard is intact with no cracks or damage.
    • A check that all backboard and ring fixings are in place and secure.
    • Check ring is intact, no failed welds or bent.
    • Check basketball net is in place and secured to the frame.

    Ancillary items

    • We check the framework and surface of stairs, doorways, and access paths around and within the trampoline park.
