Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes. For online purchases, we only accept payment by credit/debit card. We also accept credit/debit card payments for orders placed over the phone.
Credit card purchases can be made via our accounts office, please quote invoice or purchase order number. We may request further information to verify a purchasers identity before we deliver goods.
What are your payment/ordering processes?
Registered and approved accounts will be invoiced (30 days net), otherwise full payment by credit/debit card, cash or cheque.
What are your returns and refunds procedures?
No goods can be returned to Sportsafe for credit without prior permission and as a result, a 30% handling fee will be charged on unauthorised returns.
For items that require collection, a further amount will be charged for carriage, this is to be agreed at the time of arrangement. These terms do not apply if returns are held to be genuine and the result of a particular complaint, as agreed by the purchaser & Sportsafe.

What is your stock availability?
Stock availability is not guaranteed, any information provided is a guide only. We make every effort to keep our customers up to date, our website does not relay stock availability and is for information only. We will notify you promptly if an item that you have ordered is out of stock or has a delivery delay.

Your privacy is important to us, we do not pass on your information to any other parties for marketing purposes. Information is collected and stored in accordance with UK law (GDPR).

What is ISO 17020:2012?
Sportsafe felt the existing inspections for PESSPA equipment was inadequate. While afPE recognises the need for equipment to be inspected regularly by a competent company, there has been no recognised course or qualification for all inspections in the industry.
Sportsafe wanted to implement a change to help our clients be assured they are getting the most out of their inspections. Certified externally by UKAS, the new accreditation is linked to Sportsafe’s existing ISO 9001 quality system, together ensuring the highest degree of inspection quality.
