Health and safety for us as a company is a vital element of our core function. We promote health, safety and welfare to all our staff right at the start of our recruitment process. Our induction for staff takes over two days to complete and health and safety is a significant part of this process.

Sportsafe works with a highly qualified external health and safety consultancy. Keeping us informed of the latest changes to legislation and providing exterior training for our staff. We have a health and safety committee with representatives from throughout the business including inspectors and office staff, who meet with the Directors and senior management to discuss and review all aspects of health and safety.

Health and Safety Credentials

Sportsafe also holds industry recognised health and safety credentials including Alcumus Safecontractor and CHAS. We recognised many years ago that these accreditations were essential to the business and have held these standards for many years.

Rigorous Inspector Training

Our inspectors are trained to identify and risk assess all the hazards they may come across to ensure our customers are fully informed of any hazards and dangers associated with the equipment they have. By ensuring that our staff understand that everybody within our organisation is responsible for health and safety. We can be certain that our customer’s health and safety is a priority.
