Wetpour Resurface – Hyvot Loan Play Park

Hyvot Loan Play Park contacted Sportsafe looking to resurface their damaged wetpour due to the surface splitting.

The team made a start by removing and disposing of the existing wetpour, before cleaning and preparing the surface for the new material to be laid. Approx. 281m2 of wetpor was installed onto the existing sub-base with a depth of 60mm in black. The site originally had a multicoloured design, however the colour change design was causing a lot of damage. With this being the case, we advised it is best and more cost effective to have the wetpour in a black completely.

The site were very pleased with their resurfaced park, and can now provide the community with a safe area to play and exercise (with no more trip hazards!)
