Rubber Mulch and Play Equipment – Bourne End Academy

The school were looking to transform an unused area of their site which had an old, damaged swing and transform this into a multi-use play area.

The school requested a quotation to remove their existing swing, to resurface the area with brown rubber mulch and to incorporate 6 activity circles on the surface. They also requested a quote for the supply and installation of a single chin up bar along with a 6m sleeper traverse wall. The installation team laid the bonded rubber mulch surfacing onto existing grass matting and secured the new traverse wall and chin up bar before creating the coloured activity circles.

The site were over the moon with their new play area, which has transformed an unused space into one that can be enjoyed by all pupils.
