Setting up this unit is a breeze. It has a main pole section, which divides into three separate poles. These smoothly slide into each other, ensuring a safe and effortless height adjustment process. Remember, to adjust the height, you need to loosen the hand screws on two poles, slide the poles to your preferred height, and then tighten the screws. To ensure safety, we recommend that only adults handle the adjustment process.

The ring includes hooks for attaching the included white nylon net, allowing you to start playing the moment you finish setting up.
