Trim Trail Installation – Newton Primary School

The school contacted Sportsafe looking for the supply and installation of a trim trail onto the grass area at their site. The school wanted this to be installed within their budget, so the Sportsafe projects team supplied three different options, so they could get the best for their money.

As soon as the plan was finalised, our engineers made their way to the site in Scotland, ready to measure out the 21m area that was agreed with the customer prior to the visit. Our engineers then dug the initial holes into natural grass, being mindful of any obstacles within the surface. Postcrete was then used to secure the structure in position and time was then allowed for it to set, ready for safe use. The area was cleared, tidied, and our engineers made good of any holes with additional grass seed to enhance the speed of recovery for the natural surface.

Newton Primary now have a safe and secure area for their pupils to play in, while enhancing strength and balance skills. They were over the moon with the installation result.
