Trackway and Net Installation – Newsome Academy

Newsome Academy were looking to have some cricket netting installed in their sports hall to protect the surrounding area, while maximising the use of their sports hall and allowing multiple users at one time.

Once Newsome Academy had decided on the design, the team arranged an installation date, and when the day rolled around, made their way to the site. Our installation team started by installing the track way, giving the nets movement in their planned area, providing easy movement by all users. Once the track way was installed, the team made a start on clipping the net onto the track way, ensuring the net is tangle free, allowing safe and smooth use. The storage bag was then secured to the wall, for convenient and space saving storage.

The site can now use their sports hall for multiple sports, increasing the number of extra-curricular activities their pupils can take part in. The track way and net installation left them feeling thrilled that they can now play cricket in the winter months in a safe, secure way.
