The twist stepper has two different exercises for one or two users: The twist element encourages hip twisting exercises for the abdomen and obliques whilst the stepper element provides an excellent cardiovascular workout and strengthens the leg muscles. A social piece for two people at a time.

The equipment conforms to the new European standard EN16630 and to EN1176 and has been designed in a way that users will always work within their limits.
