Delivery and Returns

At Sportsafe, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently while ensuring a smooth returns process should you need it. Delivery Information

Delivery Lead Times

Delivery lead times vary depending on product type, availability, and location. Some items may be delivered faster than others due to stock levels and supplier timelines. To check the estimated delivery time for a specific product, please refer to the product page or contact our team.

Delivery Process

Standard delivery is available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Larger items or specialist equipment may require additional time and specific delivery arrangements. If you need a specific delivery time slot, please arrange this in advance (additional charges may apply). Orders may be shipped in multiple deliveries depending on the products ordered. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible with an updated timeline.

Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility
  • If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
  • A return charge may apply depending on the product type and size.
Delivery Process
  • Contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation.
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • Securely package the item and arrange for collection or drop-off as instructed.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
  • Sportsafe will cover any return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
