Outdoor Classroom – Manchester
The Brief
Having already worked with All Saints Primary School on two previous projects – one nursery makeover and one KS2 Trim Trail and surfacing project – we were delighted to be chosen to work with them again on this new project. Due to a classroom expansion, the school required their existing storytelling area, complete with benches and a pergola to be moved to another area.
Installation
Sportsafe engineers proposed a plan to remove, clean and reinstall the outdoor classroom and other items in the new location so the children could continue to get the full use out of their outdoor area. To complete the area, new Artificial Grass was also installed to ensure safety.
Outcome
All Saints was delighted with the outcome of the work done by our Sportsafe engineers. The new area can be used more frequently than the previous one, without losing any play items or anything needing replacing. We were thrilled to give the storytelling area a new lease of life and loved hearing how much the children enjoy using it.
