Basketball Goals – Motherwell

The Brief

We were contacted by Dalziel High School who were looking to increase the use of their sports hall by offering something new. We immediately put our heads together to come up with affordable solutions and hit upon expanding their basketball goals so students could take part in actual games.

Installation

Dalziel High School already had three basketball goals but they were irregularly placed around the hall and acted only as shooting stations. Our team of engineers installed a further three goals, placing them opposite the existing ones to expand the school’s offering and make it more exciting for students.

Outcome

We were thrilled our engineers were able to complete this job quickly for staff. Students at Dalziel can now play each other in basketball games, expanding on their shooting practice and developing new skills. We are looking forward to hearing how they progress.
