Being 10mm thick it’s perfect for providing cushioning and comfort for exercises performed on the floor as well as mat work Pilates. Lightweight and easily transportable with the use of the included carry strap.

Care instructions: Made from closed cell NBR foam which is non-absorbent and will not harbour bacteria, therefore washing is not required. The mat can be cleaned using a clean damp cloth and a small amount of detergent.
