Get In Touch TodayCraig y Parc is an independent special school for 40 pupils between 3 to 19 years of age. The majority of the children have profound and multiple learning difficulties. A significant number of the children have additional sensory and physical impairments, autistic spectrum disorder and social and communication difficulties.
Craig Y Parc is situated on the beautiful 34-acre grounds of Craig-y-Parc House, surrounded by historic grade II listed gardens and buildings.
Installation
Craig Y Parc contacted Sportsafe in August, requesting the installation of Outdoor Fitness Equipment.
We discussed the areas where the equipment could be installed, the age groups that would primarily be using the equipment, and ensuring the equipment covers a range of muscle groups to fit the school and student requirements.
The equipment decided on for installation consisted of Arm and Pedal Bike, Outdoor Exercise Bike, Elliptical Cross Trainer, Double Rower and Seated Leg Press.
Following a pre-start meeting carried out by the Project Manager, the delivery/installation was carried out over two days in October.

Craig Y Parc were over the moon with the result of their new Fitness Equipment. It will allow their pupils to develop skills away from the classroom and will enable them to develop essential motor skills to help them in other aspects of their lives.
