All Weather Play Area – Leeds

Middleton Primary School wanted to improve its outdoor play facilities and extend its available all-weather play space for their students. The school identified an area which could be developed for an all-weather play area and Sportsafe was asked to come up with options to suit the size of the area and fit into the available budget.

Sportsafe engineers proposed a complete artificial grass apron around the trim trail, with an engineered stone base for stability. Nothing was left to chance; any items with a critical fall height were surrounded by our safety system of artificial grass and shock pad tiles to give a certification to the relevant height.

The school was thrilled with the success of the job and the children will be able to play on their trim trail all year round from now on. We offered a complete turnkey package of supply and install with premium soft Artificial Grass surfacing.
