The Athen area plastic floor system accommodates a wide range of synthetic playing surfaces. It’s structure consists of two layers of 9mm ply board laid on a specially developed 15mm elastic layer.
The Offset joints of the ply boards, coupled to our methods of gluing, pinning and elastic-filling, mean that the layers act as one, whatever the size of the hall. As a result, Athen provides consistent, stable performance and ball behaviour right across the playing surfaces. The system, has a low construction making it ideal for refurbishments.
The London area elastic sports floor system utilises factory assembled elastic battens which support a counter floor and load distribution panel. This provides a stable base for your choice of synthetic playing surfaces.
The system is particularly suitable for installation with underfloor heating thanks to the space created between the elastic battens. The London system can be packed and levelled, thus eliminating the need for a levelling floor screed making it a highly cost-effective solution.
The Helsinki area elastic floor system is finished with a hardwood wear layer over a softwood or plywood carrier. This provides an extremely durable hardwood sports floor with a dimensional stability some seven times that of solid hardwood.
This makes for consistent performance in changing temperatures and conditions, as well as reducing maintenance requirements. The system has a low construction making it ideal for refurbishment.
The Stockholm area elastic floor system is finished with a hardwood wear layer and is laser-levelled on site to provide a swing beam system that can absorb construction slab obviating the need for a level floor slab. As there is no screeding cost, a wet trade is avoided, making it a highly cost-effective solution.
It is particularly suitable for installation with underfloor heating thanks to the space created between the elastic battens. The system benefits form low life cycle costs and excellent performance.
